Blight Remediation, Exterior Property Maintenance & Emergency Services

Description: The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the General Services Department (GSD) is requesting proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services ("Services") as set forth in this RFP to provide blight remediation, external property maintenance, and emergency services at various locations identified on 43 strategic commercial corridors (18 commercial corridors and 25 secondary/collector corridors) and other locations throughout the City of Detroit.
