Pre-solicitation Notice: City of Eugene Transportation System Plan Update
The Project will develop an updated TSP for the City and draft implementing regulations that include, but are not limited to: Goals, policies, performance measures, and implementing regulations that support the Envision Eugene Comprehensive Plan and create a safe and reliable multimodal transportation system that supports a thriving economy; Standards and solutions to develop a safe, efficient, multi-modal transportation network based on the needs of existing and planned land uses; A transportation system funding and financing strategy to support the development of the identified transportation system; and Analysis and documentation to demonstrate compliance with all applicable requirements to support adoption of the TSP, including local criteria, Oregon’s Transportation Planning Rule, and relevant Statewide planning goals and administrative rules.
