Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Marine Design Center intends to issue an Invitation for Bid for drydocking, maintenance, repairs, and required American Bureau of Shipping surveys for the NASA Barge PEGASUS. The work is expected to take 60 calendar days after the Contracting Officer issues the Notice to Proceed, and liquidated damages will apply. The solicitation, including drawings and amendments, is expected to be available on or about October 20, 2026; this is a presolicitation notice, not the bid solicitation itself.
