Belknap County Jail Sprinkler Head Replacement

Description: Belknap County, NH is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Jail Sprinkler Head Replacement project at the Belknap County Department of Corrections. The scope includes replacing approximately 70 recalled Star institutional pendent sprinkler heads in cells with new Tyco PH2 institutional pendants, approximately 65 recalled Omega pendent heads in common areas with new Tyco Raven institutional heads (including reworking sprinkler drops for proper positioning), and approximately 114 expired brass upright sprinkler heads in the mezzanine and mechanical areas with matching new brass uprights. All work must comply with the latest applicable editions of NFPA 13 and NFPA 25, and the project will be phased by cell block with common-area work consolidated where practical.
