BCYF VENDING MACHINES RFP

Description: The City of Boston, acting through Boston Centers for Youth and Families (BCYF), seeks a qualified vendor to install, operate, and maintain food and beverage vending machines throughout BCYF’s community-center network. The awarded vendor will coordinate with BCYF’s Operations team and other City stakeholders to keep machines maintained and ensure products comply with the City’s healthy food and beverage standards. Proposals are to be submitted through the City’s Supplier Portal by 12:00 p.m. Boston time on October 13, 2026, and the RFP documents are scheduled to become available on or about September 28, 2026.
