Description: The City of Green Bay Parks, Recreation & Forestry – Bay Beach Amusement Park is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for removal and replacement of rail ballast at the park’s East Loop. Work includes removing, hauling, and legally disposing of existing ballast; fine-grading the subgrade; placing approximately 83.41 cubic yards of sub-ballast and 194.49 cubic yards of new ballast; compacting; and finishing the surface for future rail-tie installation.
