Provide spillway gate machinery painting. The scope of this requirement includes the cleaning, prepping, and painting the spillway machinery at all twelve (12) gates with one consistent coating. While following work restrictions below, the contractor will remove all coating that is not tightly adhered to the steel substrate and repair any existing corrosion. See attached file.
