Work includes dewatering of the existing pond, demolition of the dam and embankment will work from the top down mainlining the bypass flow through the principal outlet pipe as long as possible, a bypass pump will be set when the excavation gets to elevations requiring the existing pipe to be removed, it is anticipated that earth moving equipment will be used for the project including but not limited to excavators, loaders, and dump trucks.
