AV Equipment Upgrade for Split Conference Rooms (Request for Quotations)
The contractor shall design, install, configure, and functionally test AV and collaborative conferencing systems using a combination of new Contractor Furnished display, rack cabinet, AV switch and control, Installation Hardware Package, and web conferencing Equipment (CFE) and new Government Furnished secure KVM Equipment (GFE) in accordance with Attachment 1 found in Section J of this announcement. The Installation Hardware Package of Attachment 1 found in Section J shall include but not be limited to: Cable, connectors, cable adapters, custom cable assemblies, custom interface panels, labels, video scalers and splitters, display and other equipment mounting devices, and miscellaneous electrical and networking devices. UPS System Upgrade - (Request for Quote)
UPS system upgrade and calibration. The Contractor shall provide trained technical personnel to perform the following tasks: Installation: Install the 93PM - UPS 20kW Universal Power Modules and associated manufacturer-specified system components. Battery Replacement & Disposal: Replace current aged-out batteries. The Contractor is responsible for the removal, transportation, and proper environmental disposal/recycling of all old batteries in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local environmental regulations. Inspection & Verification: Inspect and verify all wiring and connections of the UPS system to ensure compliance with required electrical and manufacturer configurations. See attached file.
