AV Equipment Upgrade for Split Conference Rooms (Request for Quotations)

Description: The contractor shall design, install, configure, and functionally test AV and collaborative conferencing systems using a combination of new Contractor Furnished display, rack cabinet, AV switch and control, Installation Hardware Package, and web conferencing Equipment (CFE) and new Government Furnished secure KVM Equipment (GFE) in accordance with Attachment 1 found in Section J of this announcement. The Installation Hardware Package of Attachment 1 found in Section J shall include but not be limited to: Cable, connectors, cable adapters, custom cable assemblies, custom interface panels, labels, video scalers and splitters, display and other equipment mounting devices, and miscellaneous electrical and networking devices.
