Audio and Video Upgrade RFP

Description: The contractor will provide an estimated MultiSync 98" LED LCD Public Display with a minimal and hanging speakers throughout the room. The contractor will remove an existing LED & TV mount. A camera will be mounted on the same side of the room where the display is with the capability to auto focus on all participants. The ceiling array microphone (24 inches) will be installed in an area of the conference table to capture the speaker’s voice clearly. The control system (rack) will be set up in the same vicinity as the display. The conference table will have the connectivity capability to include LAN/HDMI access to the LED displaying multiple inputs simultaneously. See attached file.
