Conference Room DVLED Audio and Video System Upgrade RFP

Description: The contractor will provide an estimated 13.78” F length by 5.53” ft height seamless DVLED Display with a minimal 1.25 mm pixel, replacing the current LED displays. The contractor will install the customer-furnished 75-inch Smartboard on the left side of the room. The contractor will incorporate & integrate both DVLED/ Smartboard displays into the existing AV system, maintaining operational functionality and ensuring seamless user experience with multiple screen sharing simultaneously. Display System: The contractor will provide and install a minimal (1.25 mm pixel) DVLED display system, with a 3360 x 1350 resolution, 800 nits brightness, and minimall00,000-hour lifespan with simultaneously multi view capability. This will include the trim kit and a minimum of 5 year warranty, and 7% spare panels. This system component will include the H2 Videowall Splicer, LED 4K sending card, and H-Series HDMI input cards. The installation of the plywood on top of the current wall is required for stabilization of the display system and to ensure the surface area is flat as possible. See attached file.
