Virginia Lane – Portage Pass to 550' north of Timber Trace Project consists of total street reconstruction, including removal of existing concrete pavement, replaced with 6 inches of asphalt on 12 inches of limestone base, partial curb and gutter removal and replacement, along with perforated flex underdrains for entire project length.
