Athletic Facilities Modernization - Phase 1 (Request for Qualification)

Description: Design-Build-athletics facilities modernization program - phase 1 consists of the planning, design, permitting, and phased modernization of athletics facilities and supporting infrastructure through a progressive design-build delivery method. The project is intended to enhance the student-athlete experience, improve operational efficiency, expand community use, and support the district's long-term capital improvement goals. The project may include, but is not limited to, improvements to athletic fields, track and field facilities, spectator seating, press box, concessions, restrooms, locker rooms, team support spaces, sports medicine and training facilities, weight and conditioning areas, storage, site utilities, accessibility improvements, pedestrian circulation, parking, lighting, technology infrastructure, scoreboards, sound systems, security, and other supporting site improvements.
