Athletic Clothing RFP

Description: The County of Frederick is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish and deliver personalized athletic clothing for Division of Fire & Rescue Services personnel during physical fitness training, wellness programs, recruit academy activities, and department-sponsored athletic events. Required garments include T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, sweat shorts, and caps in sizes XS through 4XL, with durable printed graphics and securely stitched embroidery. The one-year contract is expected to begin around August 1, 2026, may be renewed for four additional one-year terms at the County’s discretion, and bids are due September 9, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern.
