Aspen Pitkin County Airport Terminal Modernization (Request for Proposal & Qualifications)

Description: Project includes the construction of a new terminal and landside improvements. Project will include the construction of a new terminal, surface parking, entrance/exit roads, consolidated rental car facilities (conrac) with quick turnaround, a portion of the commercial apron, and other associated infrastructure. It will also include the deconstruction of the existing terminal and build-out of the remaining commercial apron and landside improvements.
