As-Needed Commercial Printing and Mailing Services RFP

Description: Dutchess County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide as-needed commercial printing and mailing services for County departments. Services may include printing on materials provided either by the awarded vendor(s) or by the County, and may consist of printing-only services, mailing-only services, or a combination of both, on a per-project basis. The awarded vendor(s) will be responsible for timely completion of reproduction, address printing, mail preparation, and delivery to the designated USPS Business Mail Entry Unit, with the resulting contract used on an as-needed, non-exclusive basis.
