Architectural Design Services for Medical Education and Training Center (City of Las Vegas)

Description: The City of Las Vegas invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Statements of Qualifications for architectural design services for a new Medical Education and Training Center. The requested services include complete design work such as cost estimates, specifications, drawings, permitting submittals, bidding and construction support, and federal reporting requirements, potentially delivered in two phases from programming and conceptual design through construction documents. The project is partially funded by the United States Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration, and submittals must be received through NGEM by 09/17/2026 no later than 1:30 PM.
