Architectural Design and Engineering for MVU Dispatch Center

Description: The City of Moreno Valley seeks qualified architectural and engineering firms to design a new two-story Moreno Valley Utility (MVU) Dispatch Center at the existing MVU Field Office, including full architectural, structural, MEP, fire protection, civil, landscaping, site demolition, grading, drainage, parking, utilities, EV charging, solar carports, and site security improvements. The selected consultant will prepare permit-ready construction documents, provide permitting assistance, respond to plan-check comments, and provide technical and construction administration support during bidding and construction. Electronic proposals are required via the City’s bid management system and only submissions that receive an ebid confirmation with a timestamp will be considered.
