The solicitation is being pursued collectively by multiple School Food Authorities (SFAs) including St. Charles Parish Public Schools, Tangipahoa Parish Public Schools, Livingston Parish Public Schools, Washington Parish Public Schools, St. Bernard Parish Public Schools, NOLA Public Schools, and St. Mary Parish Schools; manufacturers must hold an approved Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry Food Distribution Division commodity processing contract prior to submission. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes (or via courier) labeled “COMMODITY PROCESSING PROPOSAL, January 9, 2026” to the Child Nutrition Department, St. Charles Parish School Board, 13855 River Road, Luling, LA 70070; proposals are due by 9:00 AM local time on January 9, 2026 and will be publicly opened that same day.

All services must include 24x7x365 remote monitoring and diagnosis and repair of all network components. In addition, these management services are required, to the following: All hardware, All network operating software, All circuit status, WAN/LAN analysis, Circuit performance, Multi-system configurations and back-ups, Wireless components, Device administration functions, Carrier incident handling, Maintenance of software patching and security, Preventative Maintenance, Written reporting and documentation of services rendered, and components/software installed. All work must be performed in a professional and workman like manner consistent within the industry at the time of installation. Costs are to be itemized as follows: Total Proposal cost for any and all new required hardware, software and configuration Total Proposal cost for any required new cabling Total for any and all one-time/service/equipment/installation/activation/or other costs. Prices are to be be given for one (1) and three (3) year contract. Contract start/end dates: 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2027 or 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2029.
