Provide professional design services for a comprehensive life-safety upgrade to hall, including building-wide fire suppression, a complete fire alarm system replacement, and modernization of the building's sole elevator, with associated life-safety, code, and systems coordination; fire suppression is currently limited primarily to mechanical and crawl spaces. The building has an existing addressable fire alarm control panel and annunciator, installed approximately five years ago; despite the addressable panel, much of the building remains configured in zones due to legacy wiring and devices, limiting system functionality; fire alarm notification devices (horns, strobes) are outdated, incomplete, and not consistently code-compliant throughout the building; fire pump controller located in the basement has failed.
