Description: Construction of a thirty (30) space permeable (pervious paver) public parking lot within the unopened avenue H right-of-way, including driveway, erosion control, site preparation, signage, and site restoration. Work includes 4 EA tree removal, 540 CY unclassified excavation, 40 SY 4" concrete sidewalk replacement, 30 SY saw cut, 30 EA precast concrete wheel stops, 2 EA ADA symbol/ access aisle marking, 340 SY bahia sod, 1 LS utility locates.
