Annual Maintenance, Repair, and Inspection Services for Mobile Medium-Heavy Equipment RFP

Description: The City of Lakeland, through Lakeland Electric, is soliciting qualified contractors for as-needed maintenance, inspection, diagnostic, repair, and related services for mobile medium-heavy equipment. The equipment includes loaders, skid steers, excavators, telehandlers, forklifts, cranes, portable pumps, trenchers, and other mobile support equipment, while tire replacement and tire-related services are excluded. Proposals are due October 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, following a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting on September 28, 2026.
