Annual Heat Recovery Steam Generator Cleaning Services

Description: The City of Lakeland is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide annual interior heat recovery steam generator cleaning services at McIntosh Power Plant, Unit 5, in Lakeland, Florida. Proposals will be evaluated by a Lakeland Electric staff Selection Committee based on qualifications, demonstrated experience, quality of service, customer references, responsiveness, safety performance, and pricing, and the award may produce an annual agreement with one or more qualified contractors. The initial service term is October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal periods and no extension beyond September 30, 2031.
