These systems support real-time government-to-government verification for commercial driver's licensing, problem driver checks, vehicle title history, and related DMV transactions. Without these services, SCDMV would be unable to perform required checks prior to issuing licenses, permits, identification cards, commercial driver credentials, and vehicle titlerelated services.
