Scope also includes upgrades to loading docks and equipment, interior fencing, concrete repairs at dock walls and floors, signage installation throughout building and site, restroom accessory upgrades, floor repairs and epoxy, drywall repairs, painting, added exhaust system to pit charging, roof patching at exhaust fans, change out and add pit equipment, added dock door electrical and receptacles, added disconnects and panels at battery chargers, wiring and circuitry changes, fire alarm and sprinkler modifications, lighting upgrades and a new ride share shelter.
