Alaris Service and Maintenance *SOLE SOURCE* RFP

Description: Under an Alaris Support Program agreement, the contractor will provide support to keep the software performing properly, including updates and upgrades as applicable. Software updates for BD servers to maintain the security or operation of the Software are generally released monthly. BD will deploy the updates to the BD server, and when the customer reboots the device, the update is installed. Software upgrades are included in a contracted support plan during the initial term and are scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time. Upgrade means a major enhancement, new feature, or other improvements to the software. Hardware, 3rd party software, or any other software that BD generally licenses separately are not included. As upgrades are not provided automatically, BD will coordinate them directly with the customer.
