Building 15 chiller replacement: a. Area is located on the roof of building 15. B. Work to take place during normal working hours. C. Remove existing failed plate type evaporator. D. Remove two compressors e. Remove txv from chiller f. Perform a full system refrigeration decontamination to remove water from refrigerant and any system parts that were contaminated. G. Perform a test on refrigerant to ensure that quality has returned to normal parameters. H. Furnish and install new plate evaporator components and two compressors. I. Furnish and install new txv and filter drier. J. Perform leak check on chiller for any other leaks. See attached file.
