Description: The Alameda County Behavioral Health Department (ACBHD) is seeking pre-qualification responses from eligible licensed Adult Residential Facilities (ARF) or Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) operators to provide Housing Support Program (HSP) services to adults, ages 18 or older, living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) in Alameda County.
