Airport Noise Monitoring System for Torrance Municipal Airport RFP
The City of Torrance is seeking a fully hosted, web-based Airport Noise and Operation Monitoring System for Torrance Municipal Airport, including software, hardware, installation, upgrades, maintenance, support, training, and related services. The system must monitor aircraft noise and flight operations, support identification and enforcement of noise and other airport violations, integrate FAA and other flight-track data, and ensure the City owns the data. The initial contract runs from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029, with two one-year options, and responses are due October 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT.
