Description: The City of Ontario is seeking proposals for an integrated agenda-management software solution covering agenda workflows, meeting-minute management, live and on-demand audio/video streaming, and document and video storage. The solution is intended to replace the City’s existing system and must provide configurable, automated, user-friendly technology, with electronic proposal submission required. The solicitation is open through September 30, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. PDT, and award will be based on multiple criteria rather than price alone.
