Description: The City of Santa Ana and the Santa Ana Housing Authority seek one or more qualified firms or organizations to provide comprehensive financial, real estate, land use, compliance-monitoring, and advisory services for housing and community and economic development activities. The requested work includes market and financial analysis, subsidy layering, development evaluation, transaction structuring, bond advisory, inclusionary-housing analysis, compliance monitoring, real-estate and land-use analysis, document review, and related housing-program and funding-source support.
