Affordable Housing Development - Homekey+ (Request For Proposals)

Description: Provide qualified affordable housing developers seeking funding for the predevelopment, development, acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of permanent supportive housing projects that embrace 'housing first' principles to combat homelessness with a focus on veterans. Eligible developers must have site control for their proposed use of homekey+ funds. In alignment with the purposes of homekey+, the project will serve households with an individual who is homeless, chronically homeless, or at risk of homelessness who are also living with a behavioral health challenge. Projects must be within the county of shasta outside of the city of redding limits.
