Aeration Basin Mixing Project

Description: San Elijo Joint Powers Authority is soliciting bids for installation of sixteen owner-furnished large bubble accumulator mixers in Aeration Basin No. 2 and Aeration Basin No. 3 at the San Elijo Water Campus. The contractor must furnish and install the required piping, valves, appurtenances, labor, materials, and equipment, and submit completed and signed bid documents electronically. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 3, 2026, and electronic bids are due September 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PDT.
