Description: Central Carolina Community College is soliciting sealed bids to renovate the Moore Center Multipurpose Suite in Sanford, North Carolina. The project includes selective interior demolition and approximately 6,000 square feet of renovations, including new walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures, finishes, and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical upgrades. A mandatory pre-bid meeting for interested general contractors will be held on November 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the CDL Training Building.
