Description: Work consists of inventory existing skills-first practices resources for employers, job seekers, and l/earners; develop an outreach strategy and related campaign to engage key audiences; create the necessary collateral to implement the strategy/campaign; buy any media that is part of the outreach strategy; and track and report on metrics and impact.
