Add'l Special Magistrate Services - Code Enforcement

Description: The Collier County Board of County Commissioners, through its Procurement Services Division, seeks proposals from qualified individuals to provide additional Special Magistrate services for the Collier County Code Enforcement Division. The magistrate will conduct quasi-judicial hearings on alleged County code violations, make findings and issue orders, and may impose administrative fines, costs, liens, and other noncriminal penalties authorized by law. The added capacity is intended to help address the Division’s case backlog and adjudicate future cases under Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, Collier County Ordinance No. 2010-04, as amended, and other applicable requirements.
