Adams Annex Facade Repair

Description: Work includes contractor will provide and install a new pair of insulated metal doors and hm frame. The door will require access control (key card) per county standards. ; contractor will repair existing cmu bond beam, repair existing electrical damage, replace light switch as well as prep/prime/paint the ceiling, interior walls, and portion of exterior wall; exterior wall color must match existing. Interior wall and ceiling color to be per county standards. ; contractor will prep floor as needed and install new flooring in select areas impacted by accident - flooring to be provided by the county.
