South Brooklyn Branch Facade Repair Project

Description: Provide facade repair project, which consists of removing and replacing the exterior and interior vestibule entry door and frame systems, at the south and west entries and replacing with new door and frame systems and hardware. The project will also involve installing new pathways for security devices located at the entries. The project will also involve repairs to the building's masonry facade, including repairing repair facade brick and unit masonry horizontal reinforcement, repointing, and removal and replacement of steel masonry lintel and beam.
