Active Recidivism Reduction Initiative Via Engagement (ARRIVE) (Request For Proposal)

Description: Provide services under the active recidivism reduction initiative via engagement (arrive) program to youth referred by probation, youth assessed as high risk to reoffend or violate the terms of their probation will exhibit behaviors consistent with criminal thinking, trauma, substance abuse, school issues/learning disabilities, and demonstrate behavior that indicates they are beyond the control of parent(s) or primary caregiver(s). Participants will typically not require the comprehensive services provided by full-service programs such as wrap oc or have a primary diagnosis of a mental health disorder
