Lead Testing & Reduction Program Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide comprehensive services in support of a voluntary childcare lead testing and reduction grant program, including developing, hosting, and maintaining program-specific websites includes communicating lead water testing results from participating facilities and relevant public health information to stakeholders, including parents, staff, and the broader community; creating, managing, and maintaining a test results database, website, and/or a data visualization platform to publicly share tested facility information and results; providing training to participating facilities on the risks of lead exposure, testing protocols, and program participation requirements; mailing out test sampling kits to facilities, coordinating chain of custody, ensuring that samples are submitted to certified laboratories from the facilities, receiving laboratory test results for the facilities, and sharing the test results with the facilities; requiring that all facilities lead sampling and analysis utilizes epa-recommended protocols and certified laboratories.
