WCC Academic Arts Building Infrastructure Upgrades, Phase I - *REBID*
Replace the stage rigging system in the academic arts building theater.
Description: Project consists includes comprehensive site improvements designed to enhance infrastructure, safety, and overall quality. Planned upgrades include replacement of the aged stormwater, and sanitary systems that will help improve drainage and reliability which includes removal of storm structures, and abandonment of storm piping, removal as necessary. Also included is the replacement of existing water mains including connections into existing buildings. Removal and replacement of existing pavement and base where utility trenching is identified (storm, sanitary, and water connections to city mains).
