Request for Information – Sinkhole Remediation
SEPTA seeks market input for a future contract to remediate sinkholes along the Norristown High Speed Line (NHSL) where karst topography has caused track instability. The scope includes limited‑mobility grout injection, extensive surveying, continuous movement monitoring, track protection, cleanup and restoration, and required Railroad Protective Work (RWP) training. The RFI opened on 2026-05-13 and a contractor briefing occurred on 2026-05-15; no firm close date is provided (TBD).
