Description: Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to bid on pool tile and plaster replacement and restroom/locker room remodeling at Desert Breeze Aquatic Center. The restroom and locker room scope includes demolition, replacement fixtures and lockers, accessibility improvements, lighting, surface finishes, and doors. The pool scope includes removing and replacing tile and plaster, inspecting and repairing the pool shell, installing depth markers and safety signs, and replacing drain covers, inlet covers, and underwater lights.
