608-20-101 Loop Road Phase One West RFP

Description: The loop road project encircles the entire manchester campus and includes new parking lots and replaces underground utilities, exterior lighting, and new landscaping. The overall loop road project will need to be completed in phases to allow for the continued use of the campus by the public and the va staff. This project phase one-west is for the potion of the project located in the southwest corner of the campus. This includes a new configuration of the main eagle entrance drive which will require the construction of a new 185 space parking lot complete with a below grade storm water retention infiltration and management system, removal and re-routing of existing utility mains, new lighting and security systems, new landscaping including privacy fencing, a portion of the loop road and sidewalks, and other features and systems as shown on the construction documents.
