549315 - Accessible and Autonomous Mobility Services

Description: The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Office of Mobility Innovation (OMI) and the Department of Transportation (DDOT), requests proposals for technical or professional services to provide a phased Accessible & Autonomous Mobility Service known as Accessibili-D 2.0. The initiative builds on the original Accessibili-D pilot and uses a hybrid model combining manually operated and SAE Level 3 autonomous-vehicle operations. The planned phases begin with interim manual service, transition to a hybrid manual-plus-AV model, and scale toward majority autonomous service over the contract term.
