Description: The North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the 4827-0018 Warrenton Generator Project (IFB No. 19-IFB-2317504054-RMT), a FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program-funded procurement for the purchase, design, engineering, unloading, installation, connection, and testing of emergency backup generators at critical facilities in the Town of Warrenton, Warren County, North Carolina. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET, written questions are due by August 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET, and sealed bids will be publicly opened on August 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET. This procurement is funded with federal disaster recovery funds and is being administered by NCEM on behalf of the Town of Warrenton.
