2710-010 - Frisco Animal Facility

Description: The City of Frisco is soliciting proposals for the Frisco Animal Facility, an approximately 18,000-square-foot, single-story animal resource center. The facility will include veterinary clinical, animal intake and holding, adoption, and support spaces, along with a dog pavilion, exterior exercise yards, service areas, and site improvements. The project uses pre-engineered metal structures and CMU walls and emphasizes fear-free animal welfare, operational efficiency, low maintenance, and a safe, welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
