Provide 75-day dry cargo time charter.
Description: The Military Sealift Command is conducting market research for a 27-day charter of a U.S. or foreign-flag RORO or LOLO vessel to transport general cargo and rolling stock in support of military operations in the Western Pacific. The vessel must transport at least 40,000 square feet of cargo, operate alongside piers or quay walls, accommodate two sponsor personnel with hotel services, and meet a maximum laden draft of 6.0 meters. The charter is expected to begin at 0800 on December 1, 2026, with Naha, Okinawa, Japan serving as the place of performance.
