27-3315 - Safe Routes to Schools & Tavel Options Engagement

Description: The City of Bend, Oregon, requests proposals for the Safe Routes to School and Travel Options Engagement Project. The project will support and expand Safe Routes to School programming by developing maps and educational materials that promote safe walking and biking routes, identifying school education strategies that promote active transportation, and collaborating with City staff on community events and campaigns that increase awareness of travel options and promote new multimodal transportation facilities. The awarded contract will run for one year with an option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms, and the project budget is not to exceed $40,000 per year.
